As you may have heard, we have a rather talented mixologist at Fish. He’s a manager, bartender, avid gardener, fine food connoisseur, fisherman and now the proud winner of his first cocktail contest! Evan won first place in an Oronoco Rum cocktail contest that included 40 entrants from all over the state. His cocktail, Fleur Bresilienne, is made with Oronoco rum, mottled orange, hibiscus, elderflower nectar and a splash of soda. It is delightful. Crisp, sweet, refreshing and the perfect antidote to a long day at work. Stop by the bar at Fish to try out this award-winning beverage during happy hour from 5:30 – 8 pm. With a cocktail like this and some $1 dim sum, I think we might have found a cure for the Mondays.
Also, everyone knows that prizes are the best part of contests and guess what he won? A cruise! A three day cruise! I have first dibs on his +1.

Congratulations Fish! That is quite an honor to be selected for first place in the Oronoco Rum cocktail contest and this cocktails sounds so refreshing that I can taste it!!! It affected all of my senses just reading about it!
