This is PP Sales Manager Charlotte McDowell, who makes me laugh on a daily basis. She’s pictured above strengthening her core muscles while booking sales for our wonderful family of properties.

A bit about Charlotte. She’s a Charleston native with a quick wit, stylish eye and wonderful grammar. Yes, really. If you need someone to proofread a letter, Charlotte is your girl.

She has experience in both restaurant management and corporate event planning and has helped create an array of events for Patrick Properties, from formal dinners for 350 to al fresco lunches for 10.
