There are many more than five things to love about the bar at Fish, but I prefer lots of short lists, don’t you? And, these are in no particular order.
- $1 dim sum. Hello, crab wonton and pork dumpling. You are both beautiful and delicious. Now, get in my belly.
- Hitachino Nest White Ale. Japanese beer that is so good you may weep.
- The glass hanging on fish hooks above the bar. Um, don’t eat it. Look at it. It’s pretty. It’s relaxing to look at. And, it comes from factory windows in the upstate of South Carolina. Really. Ask your bartender for the story.
- Elise Testone. Our Thursday evening songstress. FACT: You can’t be around Elise and not enjoy yourself. Guaranteed enjoyment.
- The conversations. FACT: seriously interesting people visit our bar and lots of them have great stories. We like that.
